We confirmed that the extra Orbs were not added correctly between February 2nd at 12:00 AM and 9:37 AM (JST/GMT+9).
Currently, the issue was fixed and the system is working correctly.
We will apply the following compensation regarding this issue.

The extra Orbs that were supposed to be added along with the first purchase between February 2nd at 12:00 AM and 9:37 AM (JST/GMT+9) will be compensated.
e.g.)
Purchase "Orb x1" at February 2nd at 12:30 AM (JST/GMT+9).
Next, purchased "Orb x14" at February 2nd at 12:45 AM (JST/GMT+9).
In this case, 1 extra Orb will be added.
